Charles Tsoi
Charles is Sudden Technologies President, starting at Sudden in 1994 as an account manager, becoming the President in 2000. Charles’ unmatched strengths in customer service, strategic planning and innovative business solutions have played a pivotal role in growing Sudden into the organization it is today. A key priority of his is continuing to build upon a culture and set of values that attract and develop exception people and foster loyal client relationships. In his spare time Charles likes to spend time with his family and is an enthusiastic astrophotographer.

Andrew Beck
Andrew joined the Sudden Technologies team in 2023 as our VP of Sales. He brings with him nearly 30 years experience providing enterprise technology solutions to clients here in British Columbia. Born and raised on Vancouver, he lives with his partner Janice, their two sons and BB the crazy Bernese Mountain dog on the North Shore. Andrew is active year-round in the local saltwater sportfishing community and loves to spend time exploring the BC mountains through skiing and biking, while also being an enthusiast of all things automotive.

Jack Ng
Having rejoined Sudden in 2020, Jack brings over a decade of Accounting and Finance experience from various industries including technology, sporting goods, food service, and transportation to the Leadership Team. Jack oversees all financial operations and plays a key role in the strategic planning and growth initiatives at Sudden. With a CPA, CGA designation and Lean Green Belt certification, Jack is always focusing on the big picture while cutting through the noise with continuous improvement initiatives. Jack has a passion for the outdoors and is usually on a mountain bike or camping in the wilderness on the weekends!

Mark Rademaker
Mark is Sudden Technologies VP, Technical Services and Operations. Joining the team in 2009 with his more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership and IT consulting. Mark is the leader of the operations and technical side of Sudden, helping guide our technical direction including service offerings. Mark is a car enthusiast and avid golfer and spends 100’s of hours volunteering with minor hockey.

Sarah Marcinowsky
Joining Sudden in 2002, Sarah initially worked on the operations side. Over time, she discovered her passion for customer service excellence and sales. Throughout her 23-year tenure with the company, Sarah has played a pivotal role in nurturing Sudden’s relationship within the healthcare sector, transforming it into the highly successful partnership it is today. Her approach combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of healthcare industry need, allowing her and her team to recommend and implement solutions that truly make a difference in patient care. Outside of work, Sarah is deeply committed to her community with her volunteer work as Board Chair of her children’s school and is an active member of Girl Guides. When not working or volunteering, Sarah cherishes time with her family and friends. She loves traveling, embraced the popular sport of pickleball, loves to go for a good run and is always up for a nice glass of red wine!

Sheldon Suen
Sheldon Suen has been with Sudden Technologies for 13+. He joined the team as a wide-eyed Account Manager but for the last 7 years he has been Sudden’s Manager of Inside Sales & Operations. Always continuing to gain experience & knowledge he shares what he has learned with the teams he manages and his coworkers to help grow the future of Sudden.
Sheldon’s passion for this business is only matched with his passion for travel, food, wine, friends & family. When asked what drives him, he simply responds with a quote from the greatest NFL Linebacker of all time, Ray Lewis. “If tomorrow wasn’t promised, what would you give for today?”

Sergey Seleznev
With over 20 years in the IT industry, Sergey joined Sudden in 2014. Serving initially as an Enterprise Solutions Architect, Sergey now leads Sudden’s Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions Sales helping our customers achieve maximum business value from implemented IT projects. Sergey has an extensive technical experience in IT infrastructure, including data protection, business continuity and disaster recovery domains and is always ready to talk to our customers to ensure that the right products and technologies are proposed. Sergey likes spending time with his family and friends, and also enjoys hiking, sailing, and skiing.
NETWORK AND SECURITY SOLUTION ARCHITECT
Michael Kennedy
Michael Kennedy is Sudden’s Networking and Security Solutions Architect. Michael has been with Sudden for 4 years and prior to joining the team was a Senior Engineer for a top cloud service provider. Michael specializes in both Datacenter and Campus Networking solutions for wired and wireless infrastructure, is certified by Cisco, Aruba, and Arista as a Solutions Architect, and is an HPE Aruba Ambassador. Michael also possesses deep knowledge of infrastructure and organizational security models and can bring a lot of this expertise to your next project. In his personal time, Michael is an elite Ski Mountaineering athlete and participates in ultra endurance sports. He also serves on the Board of Directors for several charities and initiatives which support the local skiing and mountaineering communities.

Caroline Blaylock
Caroline has been with the Sudden Technologies team since 2019, and in that time, she has brought her charm, wit, and years of experience in IT marketing to help make Sudden’s brand and culture what they are today. She believes the unique blend of Sudden’s personability, industry expertise, and genuine care are something that all of their current and potential clients can benefit from and is always working hard to share those traits. In her spare time, you can find Caroline playing boardgames with her husband and friends or sitting under a blanket with a good book and a cup of tea.
